Roles to play
A note: You will not be given any position, either of leadership or even running a business by submitting an application and vanishing. We do not reward that mentality here. While we understand real life happens, we in Novus for the sake of the sim's health and productivity do want to see productivity from our applicants as well as a real strive to make something feel real with creative ideas and maintaining the criteria of areas IC leaders would serve. Possible applicants need strong availability with a minimum of 3-4 days a week being active and on sim as well as being self starters, the sim relies on you, we can not hold your hand beyond general team building. Leadership is work, it is dedication to ensuring entertainment for others while building up your own personal story in between. 
In short: Participate or don't apply, we want community builders and team players.
